What it does
- Routes a booked job from sales into dispatch for approval — nothing hits the schedule until it's approved.
- Dispatch builds the day on a scheduler board by dragging crews, trucks, and equipment onto each job.
- Crews use a phone portal — cell number plus a 4-digit PIN — to see their jobs and clock in and out.
- A live field view and map show the office where crews are and who's on the clock.
- A light CRM tracks each salesperson's clients and deals, logs calls, and reports how often clients are being contacted.
- Multi-company by design (each moving company is its own account). Billing runs through Stripe.
Who it's for
Owners and operations managers of small-to-mid moving companies — local and regional residential and commercial movers running roughly one to a dozen trucks, where the owner is still personally involved in scheduling. Inside the account: owner/admin, operations/dispatch, salespeople, and the movers on their phones. Not built for enterprise van lines or Fortune 500 facilities buyers.
